10.6.17 // Classick 2.0

Hello!
A little throwback to June 10th, where the Said Sister and I went to catch Classick 2.0 by Six.5/sixpoint5.
I had gotten a glimpse of it back in 2014 (I think?) and was delighted to know that there was going to be one this year.
So I quickly grabbed some tickets, also to motivate me to get through the weeks at work until this particular weekend arrives.
:>
Matchy matchy.

Dressed in clothes I don't usually opt for, but it was a lovely evening!
The performance was on point, really entertaining and interesting concept, and they killed it.
I love witnessing performances like these because it really lifts my spirits quite a bit.
Oh we also broke our fast at this exact traffic junction here for a good 10 to 15 minutes before continuing our journey to the venue. :')
This was a really fantastic day.
Hoping for awesome productions soon!

Till then.

Du vet jeg elsker deg.
Goodbye

S-eid Mubarak 2017!. ^^ :)

Hello!
A short post of compiled Eid pictures for 2017.
Enjoy!

Look at this cheeky cutie patootie!

 And this one too!
 Best seat in the house.

Nyai looks so beautiful and lovely here!

So much green in Day 1!
Outfit sewn by Rifqa's Mummy yet again.
Loved how it looks in the end, but the material of this Songket is so..papery and hot.
And wrinkles/crumples so easily!
The Airism inside helped ALOT.
It was really awkward to walk with that sort of height after a very long time.
Was quite certain I might fall or trip, but all's good. :')

Syawal Day 2!
 We went purple.
 So purple.
That I almost think it made everything around us look purple too.

 With Dad's Aunt.
I kinda love watching her interaction with Dad.
Since I never got to meet Dad's Mum, I guess I never really got to know what he was like as a kid.
But with her, it's funny yet heartwarming to see how she kind of still looks at Dad as though he's a kid.
Y'know what I mean?
Plus, Dad's the "loyar buruk" kind of person, so it's really funny to see her either entertaining or be so done with Dad HAHAHA.
^^
Oh and this is the Muruku which she makes every year.
Yes, makes.

Outfit from Geylang hahaha.
At the first house, one of them were wearing the exact same baju but in more of a peachy-pink colour.
Before we left, we were like "Eh, baju sama! Geylang right??"
HAHAHA.
This baju is hands down so much more comfortable in terms of material, it felt so good to be wearing this one. :')
Shoes did well too, considering the fact that there was a lot more walking this day.
I was really happy to have my feet step on even ground after taking them off.
But I still love the shoes.
The straps are velcro!
So it was really awesome and easy to take off and put on at every house. :>

The 5-day break from work for the Eid weekend was really lovely.
Much, much needed.
The last two weeks of Ramadhan at work was indeed a challenging one, and there were strong feelings of wanting to be away from work for awhile.
And it was honestly pretty timely, because it was really great feeling so at home, with all the love radiating around.
Couldn't have asked for anything more.
I am eternally grateful for the family that God has placed me in.
Eternally blessed for the time I have with them.
The idea for this year was just to take as many pictures as I want.
There'll be a tiny bit more this weekend.
And then I can close this year's Syawal chapter.
Oh, I do have a Ramadhan post in the drafts.
Figured I'd post this one first because, the feels. :)

Well, see you then.

Du vet jeg elsker deg.
