SchooLIN' #1. :}

Olla.
So yes, school has finally started again after a good, good 6 month holiday.
I am by right already in Week 4, but I'll just let you in on my Orientation Camp as well.
Happened to be on the same four days as Afifah (slash Rizqin ahah) so headed down to school with her!.
The first day wasn't as bad as I expected, people were rather friendly so things were fine.
Not many people were hyper though, so I couldn't really get my high on.
My tribe was X-Men and my sub-tribe was Jubilee.
"There's a Jubilee in X-Men?! I only know that there's a Jubilee Mall in AMK." :'D
After much walking around, we found a Milo van and our GLs were nice enough to grab us a cup each.
Mmmm, cold Milo~~~
Then they brought up to the Co-op shop (which was rather random lulz).
I wasn't really interested in a bookshop, but then I found so many old school candies they were selling :'D
So I got the Weather's Original for myself and the little Cola thingies for the Saids Siblings.
(Dzulkurry actually took one of the Cola bottles and tried to take one of the tiny candies by putting his finger in the opening and then his finger got stuck and he panicked a little hahaha was funny)
End of Day 1, had an induction thingie, where I was reminded that I am a Superhero.
On Day 2, we learned to sculpt balloons.
It wasn't as bad or scary as I thought.
I managed to sculpt this balloon flower.
Lol, it was supposed to have 5 petals and a longer stem.
Also, realize how the top left petal is kinda facing away.
Ha.
10 points for effort, Lin.
Went to town to sell the balloons (for charity).
Were stationed outside Wisma Atria.
It was a rather difficult task and we had a fairly bad/hard time.
Some people really love free things, to the extend that I think is just rude.
But ah well. :}
Then on Day 4, we separated from our subtribes and tribes to me united with our new classmates.
Went to visit a kindergarten~!.
Say hello to Madina!.
It was a pretty good visit.

So the FOC, in conclusion, wasn't that bad at all.
Survived it, and now I have to survive 3 years of being here.

Classes are still odd to me.
2 hour lectures/tutorials, with 1-2 hour breaks, reporting to school at different timings, everything.
And for some reason, I am really bad at my time management to go to school.
I always end up much earlier than intended, or rushing like a mad woman to get to class on time (and then reaching class looking like I just ran 2.4).
And going home is worse, I have never had to squeeze into bus rides.
I can probably do a whole list of how many times I've stepped on people's feet or pushed through humans just to get off the bus.
Oh God.
And breaks were such a cultureshock.
Poly students would know.
So here's the mandatory webcam picture spam you always see students do.
Nathasha, Rifqa, Lin, Dina.
With Janice!.
With Wen Feng!.

I just cannot wait for the holidays.
Next post will probably be another school-related post.
Till then.
Study hard, my Linions.

Du vet jeg elsker deg.
GoodbyeSs

A little younger.

I think it's weird,
how when you're just children,
people find ways to keep you busy or occupied,
with things like music and play during transitions.
But when you grow up,
like when you're in your teens,
people plan find ways to shut you up and sit you down during transitions.
When you didn't really have control over yourself,
they let you have it.
When you have control over yourself,
they don't let you have it.
Bring me back to being a child once again.
Just once again.
