S8VENTURE UPDATE!

Went to catch the Avengers with TS8S one Sunday!

Was super excited, can't believe I actually waited 3 years for this!! :D

Bit sad that Loki wasn't in this one though. :(

But loved it and enjoyed it nonetheless!! ^^

Had a bowl of Tau Suan after.

Dad holding a book and saying he felt like a student. :')

Aidie trying to be fabulous with the slippers and not-so-split split.

This (not so) little one had a little mishap and broke some toes so he now has a cast on one foot.

He seems hardly affected by it though. :')

Out with the S8SISTER for an event-ish thingy one Friday.

But first, we headed over to the Sunsilk Pop Up event thingy where they style your hair for free!

SO COOL and the lady was nice and I was a little awkward (as always).

She asked if I had any hairstyle in mind, and I ended up saying "maybe a side braid or something" and she did this!!

Which I really, really liked!! ^^

Well spent night, been a while since I've attended and watched performances.

Would definitely need to go to one soon. :-)

FOOD!.

One Roti Kirai weekend.

Kung Pao Chikkin because Rifqa brought it up.

First attempt which turned out pretty alright for the taste, but the texture was odd. :/

Had this weird idea to combine two things;

Beef Asam Pedas

Mashed Potatoes

And surprisingly it worked (or maybe just for my tastebuds)!!

The combination of sour-ish, spicy meaty Asam Pedas plus the smooth and creaminess of the Mashed Potatoes.

Another little experiment here, but with cookies!
Milk Tea Cookies!
In which the taste was very subtle but I really liked the texture of the cookies, crisp edges but chewy middle.

Haven't got much time to be in the kitchen lately, but hanging on cause I'm almost there.
